Lead strategic, cross-country programs including mergers and acquisitions integrations by structuring governance, managing planning and schedules, leading steering committees, and ensuring stakeholder visibility, with proactive risk anticipation and a solution-oriented approach. Regular travel is required.
What you do
- Lead end-to-end program management for strategic, cross-country initiatives including carve-outs, integrations, and post-merger harmonization.
- Define and maintain program governance frameworks including planning, scheduling, RACI matrices, reporting lines, and decision-escalation paths.
- Set up and lead steering committees, ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear and timely information for decision-making.
- Coordinate workstreams and teams across multiple countries, aligning local realities with overall program objectives and timelines.
- Anticipate risks and roadblocks proactively, presenting solutions and options before issues escalate.
- Engage actively with country teams, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to adapt the program approach based on their input.
- Track and report on program benefits, budgets, risks, and progress, ensuring transparency to executive management.
- Champion change management practices to support the adoption of new structures, processes, and ways of working across countries.
