HR Business Partner HR Consultant
An HR consulting firm believes that every company, in addition to a good accountant, also needs a good HR Business Partner. The firm offers a complete solution for SMEs. The firm started in November 2025 and now works for approximately 25 SME companies, with a growing client base. Due to this growth, the firm is looking to expand. Entrepreneurs do not need to deal with multiple parties for personnel questions; all HR-related matters are handled internally.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the full range of HR services for various SME clients.
- Handle payroll administration, contracts, and personnel files.
- Perform absence and case management, including collaboration with an occupational health service.
- Develop and implement HR policy and employee handbooks.
- Set up job frameworks and remuneration structures.
- Conduct talent and motivation analyses.
- Guide dismissal processes.
- Resolve complex absence cases for various organizations.
- Advise entrepreneurs on personnel development and leadership.
- Draft employee handbooks.
- Act as a fixed point of contact and advisor for assigned clients.
- Ensure both the development and successful implementation of HR policy on the shop floor.
- Actively participate in management meetings and communicate with employees at all levels.
- Perform case management as a significant part of the role.
- Work with a diverse client base, ranging from small family businesses to organizations with 200 employees, in sectors such as hospitality, horticulture, healthcare, logistics, construction, childcare, retail, and technology.

- Extensive, generalist HR experience (minimum 7 years).
- Strategic insight: able to identify future challenges for organizations.
- Strong in execution: willing to independently perform operational tasks such as drafting employment contracts and reporting sick leave.
- Affinity with case management and the ability to successfully conclude cases.
- Flexible in switching between different industries and interlocutors (from management to operational staff).
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide honest feedback.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to the optimization of work processes and client acquisition.
Practical
- Salary indication: between € 4,200 and € 5,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.
- 8% holiday allowance.
- 25 vacation days (based on 40 hours), plus a free day on your birthday.
