An organization is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Incident Manager to strengthen its cyber threat detection and response capabilities. This role is strategic at the heart of cyber operations and offers high visibility with management and security teams. You will contribute directly to the organization's cyber resilience in a modern and complex technological environment.
What you will do. As an Incident Manager, you will play a central role in managing major cybersecurity incidents. You will act as a coordination point between SOC, infrastructure, network, and management teams to ensure a rapid, structured, and effective response. Your responsibilities include:
- Driving end-to-end security incident management.
- Coordinating involved teams during major incidents or crisis situations.
- Ensuring follow-up of containment, investigation, and remediation actions.
- Organizing and facilitating cyber crisis cells.
- Providing clear and regular communication to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with incident management processes and SLAs.
- Analyzing feedback and implementing continuous improvement actions.
- Contributing to the evolution of incident response and crisis management procedures.
- Liaising with relevant internal bodies.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, including proven experience in incident management.
- Good understanding of SOC, SIEM, EDR, Cloud, and IT infrastructure environments.
- Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of crisis management and incident response methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and executive stakeholders.
- Professional French and English.
Preferences.
- Experience within a CSIRT, CERT, or SOC.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCFA, or equivalent.
- Experience in critical or highly regulated environments.
