- Remedying damage, leaks, malfunctions, or sticking doors
- Repairing or replacing doors, windows, skirting boards, and other carpentry work
- Processing digital work orders and smartly planning your own workday
- Communicating with residents and site managers on location
- Neatly completing every job and taking care of your own materials and tools
- The work activities are provided per work order and can vary per address

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter or service carpenter
