Diversity & Inclusion Advisor
A government organization strives for a diverse and inclusive work environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. The organization leverages each other's differences and aims to be a true reflection of society. It is essential that employees feel free and safe at work, interact respectfully with colleagues and supervisors, can be themselves, are allowed to make mistakes, and can optimally contribute their expertise to their work.
There is no place for discrimination and racism; all employees must be able to count on a socially safe work environment.
