Your main focus will be developing and maintaining communication features within the mobile app while ensuring the application remains stable, secure and high-performing. You will work closely with Android and iOS developers, backend teams, UX, Change Analysts, Product Managers and other stakeholders. The organization is also working on major initiatives to improve its mobile app, including helping customers understand the impact of how they spend their money.

Profile
- 3+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong Kotlin and Android development skills
- Passion for high-quality software development
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technical solutions
- Good understanding of end-user experience and UI development
- Knowledge of modern Android development and Compose
- Proactive, pragmatic and able to make decisions independently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Java/Jakarta EE is a strong plus
- Backend development experience and experience working across frontend/backend teams is highly valued
- Experience in a product-led organisation is desirable
