What you do
- You start each day with a smile and use your care, social flair, and warmth towards colleagues and patients.
- You attach great importance to warm care; a smile from a patient or a short chat is essential.
- You provide nursing care in a precise, systematic, and expert manner.
- You guide patients with empathy and understanding.
- You carefully perform actions entrusted to you by physicians.
- Receiving, guiding, and evaluating nursing students is also part of your duties.
- You contribute to consultation with colleagues, optimization of care with the team, and a pleasant working atmosphere.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in (hospital) nursing or are a graduated nurse (HBO5).
- You value warm and human contact but also interact with patients in a professional and expert manner.
- You are communicative, meticulous, and correct towards colleagues, supervisors, and physicians.
- You can provide care independently but also find your way within a team.
- Knowledge of KWS is a plus.
