You ensure that roofing projects are successfully executed from a technical, financial, and organizational perspective, from start to finish. With your expertise, you contribute to efficient and successful project realization for a specialized roofing company. Together with a work planner/calculator, you will make an important contribution to the further professionalization of the project organization. This requires someone who takes responsibility for the agreed-upon results based on knowledge and experience.
What you will do. As a Roofing Project Leader, you are responsible for:
- Assessing the technical feasibility of offers.
- Coordinating commercial and contractual agreements with clients.
- Guiding projects throughout the entire execution period.
- Monitoring quality, planning, budget, and progress.
- Involvement up to and including the financial completion of the project.
- Paying attention to SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) related matters.
- Being active in multiple projects simultaneously, which are in different phases.
Your main activities as a key contact for clients include:
- Conducting purchasing discussions with clients: coordinating quantities, setting project prices, and guiding the award process.
- Drawing up payment schedules and providing them to clients, and maintaining project administration.
- Coordinating engineering and checking drawings.
- Coordinating activities with executors and involved parties prior to execution.
- Holding work meetings with clients and adjusting in case of deviations in planning, budget, or quality.
- Identifying, coordinating, and correctly processing additional work; monitoring terms and receipts.
- Completing projects: arranging evaluations, providing warranty documents, and assessing supplier performance.
You will regularly coordinate with management and the work planner/calculator. From your expertise, you contribute to the optimization of processes, structure, and collaboration within the office. You will have ample opportunity to propose improvements based on your professional knowledge.

- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, preferably in civil engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a project leader or supervisor in the construction or roofing sector, having worked with specifications, drawings, and calculations.
- Experience with planning, organizing, and coordinating technical processes within construction, renovation, maintenance, or a related sector such as installation technology.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build good relationships with clients and other involved parties.
- Proactive attitude: down-to-earth, direct, and solution-oriented. You take initiative and maintain an overview.
- Financial insight: monitoring margins and correctly handling additional work are self-evident for you.
