A Finance Manager is sought for a production company with multiple production facilities domestically and internationally, supplying customers in dozens of countries. The organization has over a hundred employees and a turnover of around one hundred million euros. The company operates like an SME with short decision lines and a compact team. The finance function is being redesigned; reporting and figures must become management information for the leadership.
You will re-establish the financial foundation, review processes, and further develop the ERP landscape.
What you will do.
- You will take on full financial management, from booking invoices, monitoring payments, and VAT declarations to preparing annual accounts and consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for the organization.
- You will develop financial analysis and improvement projects, within Finance and across departments, so that figures become a true working tool and processes remain structurally manageable.
- You will be a sparring partner for the management team and manage and optimize the ERP system, ensuring a direct link between strategic choices and operational reality.
Profile
- You hold a master's degree in an economic or financial field.
- You have several years of experience in a similar financial role, gained in a production environment and with an ERP package, preferably Microsoft Dynamics D365.
