As a functional application manager, you are responsible for the proper functioning of the electronic client file within a healthcare organization. You ensure that the application aligns with the daily practice of employees and actively contribute to its continuous development.
What you will do.
- Manage, test, and configure the electronic client file and associated functionalities
- Support users and coordinate reports and incidents
- Create and update functional designs, manuals, and work instructions
- Coordinate and execute acceptance tests for changes and new releases
- Manage authorizations and pay attention to data protection, security
- Monitor links and integrations and propose improvements
- Participate in projects and contribute to the further development of applications and work processes
- Coordinate and align activities with suppliers
Profile
- HBO (higher professional education) thinking and working level
- Several years of experience as a functional application manager
- Experience with project-based work and the continuous development of applications
- Interest in managing complex applications with multiple integrations
- Experience with the electronic client file ONS is a plus
- Analytical and solution-oriented
- Good at listening, advising, and guiding users through changes
- Able to translate processes into practical and technically appropriate solutions
