Business Analyst

• Analyze business needs and current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into structured and actionable documentation.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input, align expectations, and refine requirements.
• Support the development and optimization of business processes within an ICT context.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across multiple interests and priorities.
• Contribute to the assessment of tenders and RFPs when required.
• Operate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment and support coordination across different workstreams.

• Experience facilitating workshops.
• Experience with public-sector work is considered an asset.
• Experience evaluating RFPs is considered an asset.
• Experience with public procurement tenders is considered an asset.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people is considered an asset.

• Senior-level experience in business analysis and related business operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure information clearly and efficiently.
• Confident stakeholder communicator who can build alignment across diverse groups.
• Comfortable working in a complex and fast-moving environment.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to process improvement and requirements gathering.

• NDA signature is required.
• The external consultant works with a personal laptop and receives virtual access to the organization's environment.
• Language requirement: fluent Dutch at CEFR level C2.
