You will develop, implement, and secure an organization-wide system for integrated quality assurance. You will build upon existing structures and connect current knowledge, processes, and professionals. This is not a role where you merely manage an existing quality system. You will have the opportunity to develop an organization-wide approach together with professionals and actively implement it. You will work at the intersection of education, quality management, organizational development, and change.
What you will do.
- Map the current quality assurance within the various training centers
- Develop a common quality framework and a uniform quality cycle
- Connect quality policy, curriculum development, execution, evaluation
- Bring together integrated quality assurance officers and other involved professionals and stimulate knowledge sharing
- Develop a suitable approach for monitoring, quality indicators, and management information
- Advise management on quality, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Guide the implementation of new working methods
- Ensure that processes, roles, and responsibilities are clearly defined
- Prepare the structural embedding and transfer of quality assurance within the organization
- Create connection, direction, and momentum without direct hierarchical authority
What they ask
- HBO+/academic working and thinking level, preferably in educational science, quality management, organizational science, business administration, public administration, or a similar field
- Extensive experience with developing and implementing quality assurance systems
- Extensive experience with organization-wide quality or improvement projects
- Extensive experience with change processes within a complex organization
- Extensive experience with connecting different organizational units and interests
- Extensive experience with advising at management level
- Extensive experience with monitoring, analysis, and management reports
Preferences.
- Experience with integrated quality assurance within education, vocational education, military training, or another complex educational environment

Practical
- A security screening (VGB) is part of the application process
- Dutch nationality is necessary for civilian applicants
- Providing a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is a condition for appointment
- A background check, including criminal record and financial matters, which takes an average of 8 weeks, may be part of the selection procedure
