What You Will Do. As an Occupational Health Physician Assistant, you will support the occupational physician in guiding employees who are absent from work or at risk of absence. You will be an important point of contact for employees and actively contribute to a careful and effective reintegration process.
- Conduct consultations with employees to assess their capacity for work.
- Advise on reintegration and sustainable employability.
- Prepare clear reports and recommendations.
- Prepare and schedule consultation hours for the occupational physician.
- Monitor the quality and completeness of absence records.
- Collaborate intensively with occupational physicians, case managers, and other professionals.
- Guide employees towards a healthy and sustainable return to work.
You will handle diverse cases and have the opportunity to contribute ideas for suitable solutions for both employees and employers.
Profile
You are committed, possess strong communication skills, and are energized by guiding people during their reintegration. You also enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various disciplines.
- A completed relevant HBO degree.
- Preferably experience as an Occupational Health Physician Assistant, practice assistant, nurse, or within the absenteeism or occupational health domain.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical ability and a structured working method.
- A proactive, independent, and client-oriented attitude.
