- Support and motivate individuals, from workers to managers, to take concrete steps towards a new professional future.
- Combine individual coaching with facilitating group sessions and workshops.
- Guide participants within a context of restructuring or collective dismissal, where group work forms an important part of the trajectory.
- Work closely with colleagues and internal experts for quality guidance.
What you will do.
- Act as a professional advisor and coach, guiding candidates through both group sessions and individual discussions.
- Facilitate workshops on topics such as career orientation, job application skills, and labor market knowledge.
- Help participants identify their talents, competencies, and opportunities.
- Support them in drawing up personal development and action plans.
- Translate your knowledge of the labor market into concrete and usable advice.
- Handle outplacement processes in a quality-driven and results-oriented manner.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of files in collaboration with internal file managers.
- Follow up with participants by phone where necessary.
- Work on-site, close to the target group you are guiding.
- Collaborate with a social intervention advisor in cases of bankruptcy for correct registration and follow-up.
- Work closely with internal file managers and receive support in planning, administration, and project follow-up.
Profile
- Experienced and mature coach who knows how to empower people and get them moving.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in coaching, HR, or a business context.
- Experience with coaching and counseling.
- Empathetic, people-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable in front of groups and energized by facilitating workshops.
- Strong interest in people and society.
- Good knowledge of the labor market.
- Knowledge of relevant coaching and career methodologies.
- Strong administrative skills and meticulous.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and with integrity.
- Creative, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Flexible and willing to travel within the region.
- Fluent in spoken and written French (an asset).
- Possess the Certo competency certificate, or willingness to obtain it.
