You manage your own client and real estate portfolio and follow up on files from the first commercial opportunity to a concrete deal.
- You combine advice, relationship management, and business development.

What you will do.
- Manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B clients and investors.
- Actively build new relationships with entrepreneurs and potential investors.
- Detect commercial opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
- Analyze investment possibilities and translate them into clear and well-founded advice.
- Guide clients throughout the entire commercial process: from initial conversation and viewing to negotiation and contract handling.
- Manage your own real estate portfolio and actively monitor the progress of your files.
- Closely follow market developments, prices, and opportunities within commercial real estate.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and external partners to successfully complete files.
What they ask
- Ability to provide commercial advice and build trust with entrepreneurs.
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably within real estate, investments, or another B2B advisory environment.
- Possess a recognized BIV/IPI number.
- Affinity with real estate, entrepreneurship, and investments.
- Good at listening, asking probing questions, and understanding the need behind an investment query.
- Communicate professionally and convincingly with entrepreneurs and investors.
- Discreet, diplomatic, and strong in negotiations.
- Work independently and take responsibility for your own files and results.
