• Actively search for and contact relevant candidates
• Carefully pre-select, interview, and follow up with candidates
• Professionally and convincingly present candidates to employers
• Participate in brief-taking and translate needs into a clear search
• Progressively develop new relationships with employers
• Support the process from first contact to interview, offer
• Correctly record activities, agreements, and statuses in a specialized platform
• Work according to the platform's method, quality agreements, and confidentiality rules

What they ask

• A first relevant professional experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (1 to 3 years recommended)
• You enjoy supporting candidates and wish to develop your commercial skills
• You take initiatives, communicate professionally, and ensure rigorous follow-up
• You work as an independent or are willing to properly start an independent activity
• You are comfortable with digital tools and record your work in a structured manner
• You master French at a professional C1 level. Dutch is an asset
• A network or good knowledge of the region is an asset
