An organization is looking for a project leader for an educational program in schools in the region. The program focuses on providing life lessons to young people to help them better understand themselves, develop resilience, and gain control over their thoughts and and feelings.
What you will do.
- You will be the connecting link between the educational program, schools, and trainers.
- You ensure smooth program execution, strengthen relationships, and seize new opportunities.
- You consult with schools about the implementation of the program.
- You support trainers and work on planning.
- You contribute to the further development of the program's offerings.
- You help build the movement behind the program, including connecting with other prevention partners and organizing parent evenings.
- You independently take on tasks and ensure their execution and completion.
- You translate the program's vision into practice.
- You contribute to discussions about expanding to other educational levels (e.g., primary education, higher professional education) and developing new teaching materials.
Profile
- Relevant work experience, preferably within education.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused, both towards external clients and colleagues within the organization.
- Decisive and entrepreneurial.
- Able to switch quickly.
- Optimistic, proactive, resilient, courageous, and a bridge-builder.
- Not deterred by setbacks.
- Maintains an overview and is a finisher.
- Can work both independently and in a team.
- It is a plus if you can contribute to writing lessons.
