  • Contribute to the introduction of new legislation, work processes, and applications, together with the quality officer and team leader.
  • Consult with the team leader on administratively, legally, or politically sensitive issues.

Profile

  • You bring structure and coherence to daily professional and operational activities.
  • Colleagues can approach you with complex questions; you think along and provide direction, while they remain responsible for their own cases.
  • You maintain an overview, introduce structure, and constructively address colleagues regarding agreements made.
  • You listen carefully, ask the right questions, and make clear considerations.
  • You know when you can provide direction independently and when coordination is needed.
  • You connect the daily practice of truancy and the Transition Point with new developments.
  • You make complex subjects understandable and translate them into actionable agreements for colleagues.
  • You work with commitment, are results-oriented and meticulous, take initiative, and positively engage colleagues.
