  • Analyze plans, specifications, studies, and technical dossiers to identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate, among other things, quantity surveys, permits, and technical dossiers, and monitor the completeness of the project dossier.
  • Ensure a structured handover to the execution team once the project is awarded and sufficiently elaborated.
  • Manage architects, engineering firms, and other design partners, and monitor the coherence between architecture, techniques, and execution.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as calculation, purchasing, and engineering.
  • Advise the client on design choices, technical feasibility, and possible optimizations.
  • Continuously assess solutions for feasibility, quality, planning, and cost.
  • Ensure that technical and design decisions are made and clearly documented in a timely manner.
  • Build the project's pricing in collaboration with the calculation and engineering departments.
  • Translate design changes and technical choices into their financial impact.
  • Monitor the budget and profitability throughout the preliminary process.
  • Actively seek optimizations that reconcile technical quality and economic feasibility.
  • Monitor design planning, budget, quality, and decision-making within the project.
  • Promote safe, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions, taking into account our ISO 14001 approach.
  • Contribute from your expertise to continuous improvement of our Design & Build approach and processes.

  • Experience with Design & Build projects, integrated project forms, or complex tender processes is a strong asset.
  • Sufficient technical and financial insight to assess design choices based on quality, cost, planning, and feasibility.

  • Collaboration with clients, architects, engineering firms, calculation, purchasing, engineering department, and execution.
  • A stable and family-oriented work environment with a flat structure, short communication lines, and a focus on long-term collaboration.
