Production Manager

• Responsible for production and the operational office.
• Lead eight foremen and a team of approximately 85 colleagues.
• The core of the assignment is to transform reactive production into a predictable operation.
• Set clear expectations regarding quality, safety, quantities, and delivery time, and manage these daily.
• Guide experienced foremen in their leadership role.
• Optimize the flow of core products and prevent blockages caused by custom work with complex processing.
• Integrate improvement processes as a permanent part of daily operations.
• Ensure sustainable implementation of improvements.

• Knowledge and experience with a production floor, including high-volume and make-to-order processes.
• Experience managing a production organization of similar size, including supervisors.
• Strong leadership qualities, capable of engaging people and earning authority through expertise and consistency.

• Proficient in communication at both operational and management levels.
• Fluency in the Dutch language.
