As a program supervisor at a central reception location, you prepare residents for their future, whether in the Netherlands or elsewhere. You conduct individual interviews and inform residents about their rights and obligations. Later, you provide tailor-made training and organize information meetings. The training sessions are phase-specific, adapted for newcomers, long-term residents, and status holders (e.g., civic integration).
You encourage residents to engage in active and meaningful daily activities and participate in society, to help them take control of their own lives.

- Preferably several years of experience with the target group.
- Holds a higher professional education (HBO) diploma in Social Work and/or a teaching qualification.
- Knowledge of group dynamics and able to tailor training to the talents and strengths of residents.
- Knowledge of didactic methods, the social map, and the 6 domains methodology.
- Able to achieve a common result in collaboration with others.
- Open to irregular working hours.
- Possesses own transportation.
