What you do
- End-to-end recruitment of GTM profiles.
- Support managers in their recruitment strategy.
- Source and hunt for scarce profiles, both nationally and internationally.
- Advise on market trends and sourcing approaches.
Profile
- Expertise in GTM recruitment is essential.
- Experience in recruiting the following profiles:
- Account Executive
- SDR / BDR
- Customer Success Manager
- Sales Manager
- RevOps
- Marketing (Growth, Demand Generation, Product Marketing...)
- Sales Enablement
- Accustomed to working in international SaaS scale-up environments.
