Technical SharePoint Application Administrator

You will manage a SharePoint platform, both on-premise and (partially) online, for a public organization. This platform is widely used daily for collaboration, including team sites, collaboration environments, and personal environments such as OneDrive.

What you will do.

• Resolves complex incidents that the first-line customer contact center cannot handle.
• Analyzes problems, communicates with colleagues and suppliers, and ensures restoration.
• Translates user requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensures the platform's currency and security.
• Contributes to updates, patches, and migrations.
• Monitors and applies supplier developments.
• Manages lifecycle management, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Works in a scrum team within the M365 domain with technical and functional administrators and a product owner.
• Responds immediately and collaboratively to major disruptions or security incidents.

• HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with the administration of on-premise SharePoint environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and related cloud services.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment and actively contributing to it.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and PowerShell scripting.
• Certification for Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) and Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100).
