The structural measurement, inspection, and visualization of a property are still largely done manually and analogously. With the capabilities of an advanced system, this can be automated and digitized. The drone flies autonomously, automatically creates a 3D model, and automatically provides measurements, defects, and input for the multi-year maintenance plan. Your task is to present this story to the right organizations.
What you will do.
- You will develop a targeted approach for three target groups: organizations already working with drones in real estate, inspection agencies wanting to add drone and 3D services, and property managers, owners, and maintenance companies looking to improve their processes.
- You will execute outbound campaigns on various online channels (professional networks, email and website, search engines), and convert conversations into demos and pilots.
- You will recruit and activate partners and resellers and build the materials they can use to sell themselves.
- You will write cases, posts, and pitches, ensuring the message is technically accurate and commercially sharp.
- You will attend trade fairs, organize webinars, and build the network in the sector.
- You will measure what works, report concisely, and adjust as needed.
Profile
- Approximately 4 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or business development, preferably in a technical or SaaS environment.
- Experience with outbound, ABM, or partner marketing and familiarity with a CRM.
- Writes clearly in Dutch and can explain a technical proposition to people who are not drone experts.
- Independent, curious, and practical: you prefer to set things up yourself rather than waiting for a detailed assignment.
- Knowledge of real estate, housing corporations, or inspections is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
