What you will do.
- Guide private clients from the first visit to the sale of their renovation project.
- Combine technical advice with commercial responsibility.
- Work with qualitative leads.
- Focus on building trust, advising, convincing, and correctly preparing and following up on offers and files.
- Analyze renovation wishes at the client's home.
- Discuss proposals in the showroom.
Profile
- Several years of experience within construction, ideally renovations or residential construction.
- Experience in a technical-commercial role or a self-employed background within construction, renovation, residential construction, or a showroom environment.
- Experience with private clients, advisory services, offers, and file follow-up.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays and visit clients on-site (minimum 3x/month), with a fixed day off in return.
- Preferably residing in a region within a feasible distance of the showroom.
