- Good experience in testing aspects (unit tests, feature tests, mocking).

- Seniority in technical issue investigation (good analytical skills).

- Challenging features with Product Owners.
- Explaining technical aspects to non-business people.
- Organizing collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects.
- Handling priority and emergency efficiently.
- Structured in the solution approach.
- Exploring new technologies and maintaining a good technical watch.
