Client Advisor

• You are responsible for incoming customer calls within the branch network.
• You assist customers by phone with their banking questions.
• You help them with questions about limit increases, card unblocking, and so on.
• You are the first line of contact for all kinds of questions.
• You want to further deepen or share your current expertise with companies.

What they ask

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree or are equivalent by experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
• Programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint hold no secrets for you.
• Knowledge of Adobe or ERP is a big plus.
• You are very strong communicatively.
• You get energy from making phone calls.
• You learn extremely quickly and have a steep learning curve with an interest in banking matters.
