Secretary Coordination Team
A regional collaborative organization works jointly on a healthy, sustainable, and future-proof development of living, working, mobility, landscape, and living environment. Good regional cooperation is essential to realize these ambitions. For the coordination team of the regional agenda, an experienced Secretary is sought to ensure structure, progress, and connection within this collaboration.
You are the linchpin between the participating organizations and administrators and ensure that agreements are converted into concrete results.
What you do
- Establish and monitor an integral annual plan
- Monitor the daily progress of the coordination team
- Record, monitor, and follow up on actions and results
- Connect area alliances, integral tasks, and sectoral tasks
- Set up and monitor project and process management structures
- Organize monitoring of the progress of regional programming
- Manage, collect, and enrich relevant data
- Prepare decision-making processes and monitor their progress
- Prepare administrative, management, and executive meetings
- Draft agendas in collaboration with the Strategy Manager and the coordination team
- Provide reporting and follow-up on action points
- Signal relevant developments and agenda them in a timely manner

- A good listener with a sense for administrative relationships
- Organizationally strong and able to maintain an overview in complex processes

What they ask
- Completed HBO or WO (higher professional education or university) degree, preferably in urban planning, geography, public administration
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience within local or regional governments
- Experience with project, process, or program management
- Experience with integral collaboration between different policy areas
Preferences.
- Affinity with regional spatial development and administrative processes
