You contribute to a safe and calm living environment for clients within a protected housing facility. This location offers 24-hour care to clients aged 20 to 80 with various psychiatric conditions such as schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, suicidal ideation, addiction, and anxiety, often in combination with somatic complaints. The housing facility is located in a multifunctional building that also houses other social functions. Internal day activities are possible, and various activities are organized.
The goal is to increase the independence and self-reliance of the residents.
What you will do.
- You supervise during the night and provide support where necessary.
- You know how to act appropriately when a situation demands it.
- You identify irregularities and take action when required.
- If necessary, you address residents, both internally and externally (as a backup for clients with an involuntary commitment decision).
- You collaborate with the sleep service and carefully transfer relevant information.
Profile
- You have an MBO level 3 diploma in healthcare.
- You are social, approachable, and can connect well with this target group.
- You have experience or affinity with mental healthcare (GGZ) and the autism target group appeals to you.
- You are responsible, flexible, enthusiastic, and decisive.
