Home Care Nurse

• You work with a smartphone for route planning and reporting in the care file.
• You are responsible for coordinating the nursing process around clients.
• You draw up care plans that form the basis for care, nursing, and guidance.
• You have knowledge of relevant guidelines and procedures and perform risky and reserved actions.
• You guide interns, students, and colleagues.
• You report special observations in the file and make proposals based on identified areas for improvement.
