What they ask
- An MBO level 2 diploma in care and welfare with an additional medication module OR an MBO level 3 Verzorgende IG diploma.
- A Belgian diploma as a Caregiver (Zorgkundige) or Nurse (Verpleegkundige) is also welcome.
- The ability to sense what residents need and take initiative for enjoyable activities.
- Your humor and presence are important for a pleasant atmosphere in the team and on the wards.
- Adapting to different situations, cultures, and circumstances is natural for you.
- A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is part of the appointment procedure.
