As a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist, you will make a difference in the lives of young people and families, outside the walls of the treatment room. A specialized mental health organization is looking for a psychiatrist who wants to work proactively on complex cases within Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), so that families can count on lasting change and safety.
What you do
- Perform psychiatric diagnostics
- Contribute to indication setting and treatment plans
- Advise therapists, supervisors, and teams on complex psychiatric and systemic issues
- Participate in case discussions and contribute to risk assessment and treatment-related decision-making
- Be involved in home visits to assess psychiatric problems within the context of the family system
- Support teams with psychopharmacological questions and differential diagnostics
- Fulfill a consultative and overarching role within multiple MST adaptations, as a key content sparring partner for colleagues
