Learning Work Coach
An organization is committed to a world where everyone participates from their own strength. The organization supports people in finding and retaining employment, aiming to make them as self-reliant as possible through active societal participation via work. Partnering municipalities refer people from diverse backgrounds, such as those with a work disability, long-term unemployed individuals, status holders, and school leavers.
Work and development opportunities are also offered to people with an indication for social employment or sheltered work. The conviction is that every person is valuable and deserves a suitable place to contribute, with the organization helping people find this place based on their own motivation, strength, and possibilities, grounded in genuine attention, collaboration, entrepreneurship, positivity, and trust.
