Assist a European institution in facilitating dialogue spaces (in-person and virtual) and consultations at global and regional levels.
- Collaborate with civil society networks, foundations, associations of local authorities, and other institutions.
- Contribute to exploring new avenues of cooperation with civil society organizations and local authorities.
- Participate in drafting concept notes, policy updates, background papers, and other material relevant for the dialogue.
Profile
- At least a university degree (Master or equivalent) in political science, international relations, development cooperation, economics, communication, or a directly relevant discipline for the assignment. A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of additional work experience beyond the 7-year general experience requirement is also acceptable.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in fields related to multi-stakeholder engagement in policy processes and dialogues with international organizations and/or state actors.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in facilitation and moderation of multi-stakeholder consultation activities.
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in drafting reports, policy papers, background documents, agendas, and concept notes.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in preparing, facilitating, and reporting from international multi-stakeholder consultations/dialogues.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in database management.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in updating and moderating digital communication platforms.
- C1 level of English.
- C1 level of either French or Spanish.
- At least B2 level of the other language (French or Spanish) will be considered an asset.
- Professional experience in the field of communication will be considered an asset.
