The Youth team, part of a Broad Social Desk within a municipal organization, is specifically responsible for processing and handling applications under the Youth Act.
What you do
As a consultant, you ensure that appropriate care is provided to young people facing complex safety issues and you manage the process. The activities include:
- Home visits, drafting perspective plans, and implementing appropriate assistance
- Managing the process and monitoring agreements made
- Drafting safety plans and requests for investigation, for example, for the protection table
- Organizing and chairing Executive meetings (UVO)
- Maintaining and strengthening integral cooperation in the interest of the resident(s)

What they ask
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years within the social domain (focus on youth and safety)
- In possession of an SKJ registration (mention the number in the offer)
- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
Preferences.
- Demonstrably completed education in pedagogy, Social Work, or Applied Psychology at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Demonstrable knowledge of and work experience with the Youth Act
- Demonstrable work experience in managing processes for safety cases within the care domain
