What you do
- Serve as a regular point of contact for SME clients.
- Identify opportunities and advise on labor market developments.
- Support entrepreneurs in finding and retaining the right employees.
- Make a valuable contribution to the growth of clients.
- Write appealing vacancy texts and conduct interviews with candidates.
- Maintain close contact with clients and correctly handle administrative processes related to placements.
- Achieve sustainable matches and make a daily difference for both candidates and SME clients.

- Experienced and proactive professional who effortlessly switches between candidates, clients, and administrative tasks.
- MBO4/HBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the temporary employment sector.
- Driving license B and own car for client visits.
- Accurate, stress-resistant, and strong in communication.
- Strong command of the Dutch language to easily switch between conversations, emails, and advice.
