An organization is looking for a recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process for technical profiles. You will work closely with the Operations and HR departments. You will identify staffing needs, actively search for suitable technicians, and guide candidates from initial contact to salary proposal. In doing so, you will build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
What you do
- Manage the entire recruitment process
- Carefully follow up on applications and leads from campaigns
- Conduct telephone screenings and job interviews
- Evaluate candidates and discuss salary proposals
- Regularly coordinate with Operations regarding needs and planning
- Collaborate with Operations and HR and keep the ATS up-to-date
- Contribute to smoother recruitment processes and a strong candidate experience
- Represent the organization in the labor market
What they ask
- Several years of experience in recruitment
- Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written
- Professional communication skills and the ability to enthuse candidates
- Work independently, structured
- Easily set priorities and diligently follow up on agreements
Preferences.
- Experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Experience with outsourcing
