You translate client requests into feasible designs and make an impact on the future of buildings. You advise, design, and develop sustainable installations for medium-sized projects. You monitor feasibility, costs, and quality within the organization's processes.
What you will do.
- Participate in design teams with clients and construction partners, leveraging your expertise in installation engineering and mechanical engineering
- Take a leading role within your discipline in the design team
- Identify information needs to perform your work effectively
- Develop sustainable installation concepts and guide the design accordingly
- Determine the feasibility and cost of the design together with the team
- Support the preparation of the plan of approach and planning
Profile
You combine technical knowledge with strong communication and analytical skills. You listen carefully, ask the right questions, and translate technical information into clear designs and advice.
- A higher professional education (HBO) degree in installation engineering, preferably supplemented with MIT or HIT
- Experience with making and checking technical calculations
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in utility projects
- Experience in execution and/or project environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
