Responsible for the daily management and projects of real estate and infrastructure within a government organization.
- First point of contact for (urgent) malfunctions affecting operational activities, initiating actions to resolve malfunctions.
- Act as a connecting link between a real estate manager and the users of the location, contributing ideas on infrastructural challenges.
- Support the department by performing administrative tasks and handling process requests.
- Autonomy and responsibility to plan and execute a significant part of the work independently, reporting to a supervisor on site.
What they ask
- Minimum completed MBO-4 or HBO education (preferably in Civil Engineering or Construction).
- Affinity with technical work.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and solution-oriented.
- Ability to organize well, think analytically, and remain effective and focused in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
Practical
- A mandatory security screening and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure.
- Required to take an oath or promise for government civilian employees.
- Dutch nationality required.
