You will work within a specialized addiction care department, focusing on clients with addiction and personality disorders. This often involves clients for whom previous treatments have not yielded sufficient results. The treatment is a part-time program of 3 days per week. You will work closely within an experienced and close-knit team of therapists. The focus is on schema therapy, with opportunities for intervision, supervision, and courses.
What you will do.
- Treat clients with personality disorders, individually and in groups, using SFT and EMDR/IE.
- Establish treatment indications and plans, and monitor the treatment process.
- Guide and coach schema therapy staff within the team.
- Actively contribute to the development and design of the treatment program and offerings.
- Opportunity to further develop experience with art therapy.
- A combined function with another department, such as a psychodiagnostic center, is possible.
Profile
- BIG-registered Gz-psychologist with experience and/or affinity in the treatment of addiction and personality disorders.
- At least the recognized basic course in schema therapy.
- Empathetic, strong communicator, and able to motivate and stimulate clients.
- A true team player who collaborates for the best care and actively contributes to innovation in mental health care.
- Affinity with art therapy is a plus.

- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.
