As a basic psychologist, you contribute to social impact. You conduct intake interviews with various clients in collaboration with the lead therapist. With a goal-oriented and optimistic approach, you help clients utilize their own strengths and learn to cope with their problems. By focusing on client recovery and collaborating optimally, you deliver high-quality and client-centered care.
What you will do.
- You conduct intake interviews in collaboration with the lead therapist.
- You independently perform psychological treatments, both individual and systemic.
- In a maximum of ten sessions, attention is paid to the client's complaints and relapse prevention.
- You will join a team that is passionate about good care, collaborates extensively, and enjoys working together.
- You will receive weekly supervision from a GZ psychologist to ensure high-quality care.
- You will work at a location where care is provided to adults with a single psychiatric care need.
- From a generalist approach, you help clients gain (more) control over their lives and provide care to clients with long-term psychiatric problems.
- Care is flexibly arranged: at the client's home, at the care organization, or at the location of one of our network partners.
- In case of crisis, care is quickly intensified to prevent or shorten hospitalizations.
- Facilities are available for emergency psychiatry and locations for sheltered living.
Profile
- You have completed your Master's in Psychology.
- You possess a BAPD and LOGO declaration.
- You preferably have completed the basic CBT training.
- You preferably have experience in short-term treatment.
- You are familiar with existing care standards.
- You are proactive and can easily adapt as the situation demands.
- You collaborate actively and intensively and involve your colleagues in a timely manner.
- You ensure your administration is in order and possess excellent communication skills.
- You are friendly and service-oriented without losing sight of the limits of our offerings.
