Profile
You master your profession, take responsibility, and act decisively when needed. You have the opportunity to grow into a project manager or specialize in complex renovation and transformation projects.
What they ask
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a site manager in residential construction
- MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in civil engineering
- Good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing
- Decisiveness and the ability to manage independently
- Eye for quality and control over planning and budget
