Financial Advisor Physical Domain

• Prepare and analyze budget overviews and discuss them with team leaders within the Physical Domain.
• Compile a complete dossier for the Physical Domain that meets the requirements for the audit.
• Serve as a fixed point of contact for team leaders within the Physical Domain.
• Deliver partial products for the autumn memorandum, framework memorandum, and reallocation project for the Physical Domain.

Results.

• A clear overview of the Physical Domain's budgets, including forecasts.
• Complete and auditable dossiers for the Physical Domain, ready for assessment by the accountant for the annual accounts.
• A timely and complete contribution to the autumn memorandum, framework memorandum, and annual accounts.

• Work independently on financial reports, dossier compilation, and advice.
• Determine the method of execution within agreed result agreements and deadlines.

What they ask

• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience contributing to P&C products and conducting budget discussions within the Physical Domain.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience with the financial regulations of municipal finance within the Physical Domain of a government organization.

Wishes.

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrable work experience in the past 3 years compiling audit dossiers for the annual accounts within a medium-sized government organization (30,000 – 100,000 inhabitants).
• Minimum 4 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 10 years with financial advice within the Physical Domain within a government organization.
• Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience with advising on and co-drafting P&C products such as framework memorandum, budget, and management reports.
• Demonstrably completed education in the field of BBV.
