You will apply your ingenious expertise for the transition from traditional cloud to autonomous AI platforms. You will lay the indispensable foundation upon which an AI and data team builds. This is a high-quality architectural challenge where you determine what "good" means for an agent in production.
What you do
- Ownership of the core AI infrastructure, including the evaluation harness, agent tracing, the prompt and tool registry, and the routing layer for model calls.
- Transformation of the DevOps environment into a modern SaaS landscape with agent observability, model gateways, and agent-aware deploy patterns.
- Lead in modernizing and maintaining current pipelines and core DevOps tasks.
- Tech-lead role in execution and communication: smoothly aligning with other senior developers and translating complex challenges into clear sprints.

What they ask
- Experienced engineer with a clear technical vision for AI within DevOps and the capacity to foster strong team dynamics.
- In-depth experience with AWS, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Demonstrable knowledge of agent observability, evaluation infrastructures, and LLM gateways in a modern SaaS landscape.
- Proactive attitude and ownership of ongoing DevOps tasks.
- Analytical, flexible, eager to learn, and always up-to-date with the latest techniques.
- Experience in software/platform engineering, preferably within a SaaS environment.
