What you do

- Act as a fixed point of contact for both employees and clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients within the public sector.
- Advise on HR-related and personnel issues.
- Ensure correct processing of files, reports, and HR administration.
What they ask We are looking for an HR consultant who, with personal attention and a proactive attitude, builds sustainable relationships with flexible employees and clients within the public sector.
- An MBO 4 or HBO diploma, preferably in HRM, Human Resource Management, Personnel & Labor, or Business Administration.
- Experience with HR activities, personnel guidance, or employment mediation.
- Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
- A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented work attitude.
- Affinity with the public sector or the ambition to get to know this market.
