This is an exciting project at the intersection of complex HR tech and operational transformation in a fast-paced sector. A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to lead a key implementation stream for a well-renowned Dutch organization.
What you do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimisation within SuccessFactors (Employee Central).
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and blue-printing tailored to a high-volume, highly regulated workforce.
- Partner directly with HR stakeholders to align global SuccessFactors templates with complex operational shifts, union agreements, and compliance standards.
- Deliver hands-on configuration, testing, change enablement, and post-go-live hypercare support.
What they ask
- Hands-on implementation experience with SAP SuccessFactors and specifically Employee Central.
- Strong background delivering within a management consulting environment.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities.
- Dutch speaking highly preferred, but not essential.
