You will work on projects directly related to the energy transition and the further development of the house connections process.
- You will support the implementation of a new contractor, organizational and operational challenges within the energy transition, and the preparation for migration to a new IT system.
- You will work project-based from content and know how to translate questions from employees, processes, and systems into concrete actions and results.
- You combine strategic insight with practical support and are given the space to independently organize projects, involve stakeholders, and truly realize improvements within a technical environment.
- You will be part of an Engineering and Construction department within an organization active in the Dutch energy infrastructure.
- You will collaborate with executors, drafters, and engineers on a wide range of infrastructural activities.
What you do
- Lead and guide projects within the house connections process.
- Support the implementation of a new contractor.
- Prepare and guide activities related to the migration to a new IT system.
- Translate substantive questions from employees and systems into concrete project-based solutions.
- Monitor progress and results within various projects.
- Deal with uncertainties and guide changes within the organization.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and other involved stakeholders.
What they ask
- Minimum of a completed technical HBO education in business administration and/or energy technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project leader.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable work experience within the energy sector.
- Experience in realizing cultural changes and managing uncertainties.
- Ability to work independently and organize your activities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, organizational sensitivity, and easy collaboration with various stakeholders.
- A proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude with perseverance.
- You feel at home in a technical and dynamic environment and want to contribute concretely to the energy transition with your project experience.
