This role is for an External Recruitment Desk Recruiter who enjoys being at the heart of external hiring dynamics. You will be the connecting factor between the internal organization and the external labor market. You will have a lot of responsibility, and no two days will be the same.
What you will do.
- Point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers for external hiring
- Discussing requests, conducting intakes, and actively contributing to finding the best solution
- Translating the manager's needs into a clear and attractive request
- Assessing CVs and candidates and making the initial selection
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining control over the process
- Monitoring progress, lead times, and quality of requests
- Advising managers on how to structure requests differently or more smartly
- Keeping a close eye on the labor market and assessing what is feasible
- Ensuring the right professional is ultimately brought to the table
Profile
- Gets energy from a dynamic recruitment environment
- Strong in stakeholder management and easily makes contact
- Dares to advise a hiring manager and provide constructive feedback
- Can quickly switch between different requests and priorities
- Thinks commercially and results-oriented
- Has an eye for both candidate and client
- Maintains a good overview, even when juggling multiple tasks
- Experience in recruitment, external hiring, or a similar role
- Experienced recruiter
