The technical department specializes in the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical installations for water treatment, drinking water production, infrastructure works, and buildings. As a technician in training, you will play an important role in the execution of these projects and will have the opportunity to further develop yourself within a technical work environment.
What you will do.
- You support experienced technicians within the water or building technology department.
- You read and interpret electrical and mechanical plans.
- You install cable trays and cable ladders and are responsible for pulling cables.
- You assist with the assembly of pumps, piping (HDPE, stainless steel, and steel), and various measuring instruments.
Profile
- You have a technical diploma in electricity or electromechanics, or relevant practical experience.
- You enjoy working with colleagues and are open to learning new skills.
- You possess a B driving license.
- You work in an organized, accurate manner and with attention to safety.
- You are persistent and think solution-oriented when challenges arise.
Assets.
- Certificates such as BA4, BA5 or a high-altitude work certificate are valuable assets.
