You will work on Dynamics 365 Sales topics, with a strong technical dimension and close collaboration with Product Owners (PO), Business Analysts (BA), and Tech Leads.
What you do
- Configure and adapt Dynamics 365 Sales: entities, views, forms, business rules, BPFs, sequences
- Analyze needs and prioritize standard Dynamics solutions before any customization
- Carry out specific developments
- Participate in the technical framing of User Stories: feasibility, estimation, and solution design
- Contribute to technical reviews and ensure the consistency of deliverables
- Provide level 2 technical support during the RUN phase
